The house’s shape, marks and establishes a limit between the interior and the exterior. That boundary is defined by using intermediate spaces, whose forms suggest some recognizable archetypes of popular architecture – Patios.
The program is centered in an only floor, extended continuously and openly, where the usage of the rooms is marked by diverse plans that show the different activities, but always with broad openings, in order to guarantee luminosity.
The construction is covered in white, in almost all the rooms, except the ones that mark the exterior, but private, space of the house.
These transition areas are inscribed in the building space, cutting into the volume of construction, juggling the interior and exterior spaces with the same logic.
