DESCRIPTION

Considering the MOOD2A build, projected for these models and aiming for a bigger durability and resistance of the main block, the structure is composed by 50mm insulated panels, with thermal and acoustic isolation, forming the exterior walls and sub-ceiling.

The panels, provided with their own socket and applied inside the galvanized profiles type U, guarantee the rigidity to the ensemble in order to become a self-standing structure, which composes the main block. This is alighted on a concrete base, in which the connections to the existing infrastructures (water, electricity and sanitation) will be made.

The cover, in two waters with free pendants, is executed in a metallic plate imitating a Portuguese roofing tile in red.

In relation to the finishing elements, the interior walls and ceilings are covered with drywall system panels and painted. The sanitary installations are lined with tile on the walls and mosaic on the floor.

The pavement, usually done with Laminate wood floor, which creates more comfort, finishing up with skirting boards in white pvc.

The interior doors and its rims are made of wood. The exterior openings are equipped with a frame in lassoed aluminum and a double glazing, giving it a thermal and acoustic isolation, being the main door in lassoed aluminum panel, giving continuity to the coat of the front end that are painted with textured paint.
